The sand trap / grease as its name suggests allows the settling of sand ( coarse elements in the water ) and removal of supernatants ( oils and fats) that contain wastewater.

Our flexible covers move along with mobile bridges on a wire system. This allows the drainage to be covered at all times to prevent odors.
